Midlands based Video Prod Co, Created By TEN, hired me on a 6 month contract to help drive awareness and focus on booking meetings with Professional Football Club Charity Foundations across the Premier League, Championship, League 1 and League 2.
Here's what I achieved in my first 20 days.

33% Response Rate from 92 professional football clubs or their charity foundations.

Secured 6 quality meetings with several club foundations, an agency and invited to speak at the Sport Fundraising Summit 2026 in Feb 2026.

Received 2 video briefs from two separate football foundations.
London based Video Prod Co, HOW NOW, were struggling to find the time for business development as they were spending the majority of their time working on producing content for their valuable existing clients and giving production the full focus it deserves. But they did want to grow.
After some strategic and focussed discussions, I was tasked with helping secure meetings with Ad Agencies and Creative Agencies working with major brands. Within my initial 6 month contract.
POSITIVE OUTCOMES

Secured 5 meetings with Head of Production, Producers, Social Content Leads working across Havas Production and Publicis Agencies.

Invited to screening at Omnicom Production to meet Agency Producers and introduce HOW NOW and their production services.

Supported and guided on revamp of creds deck to showcase experience and explain how we make it easy for Producers looking for prod cos.
Small but MIGHTY, MakFilm Productions came to me for support when their Founder (Mak) was seeking advice on what he needed to do to grow his business.
We established the perfect target audience taking into account the existing portfolio of work, the work they enjoyed producing and where there is a real opportunity for revenue and growth.
I was asked to take a look at a pitch which was being written. After review, I made significant changes to the deck, how it was written, the language it used and even the design.
All achieved within a 24 hour period and most importantly...
